Recently, security becomes more and more important since the number of crimes all over the world jumped every year! In such fields where security patrols are the most important part of the operations such as mining, industrial manufacturing (factory), telecommunications, and security services for residential and commercial property (supermarket, shopping mall, office building etc.). The personnel assigned to this must task complete their duties on time and at the correct locations. So we need apply guard tour system to monitor security guard / patrol personnel’s performance, make sure that they finish their job perfectly according to our requirement in order to ensure safety.
Before guard patrols, we need install checkpoint tag on location where you want to check. ( where is very important, must be checked e.g. financial office, general manager office, work shop, air condition room, power supply room etc. ) Then we need make patrol settings in software, e.g. make route, register all checkpoint tag ID number and guard ID number in software and make tour schedule for each tour round ( which can make sure that guard must check this important location at special time as required). Then guard carries guard reader to scan each checkpoint tag on each location at special time, and all these information will be recorded in reader and once he finishes his job and back to control center, via cable or downloader, all information will be transferred to our management software. Then we can realize 2 functions: manage guard’s job, at the same time realize property safe
